While you can do this the majority of sports bras are not intended to be worn as the primary bra for the entire day. They are intended to offer additional support for activities such as jogging, aerobics and other activities. They will indeed support all the extra weight but the sports bras will wear out much more quickly than regular support bras that are meant to be worn for longer lengths of time.
